After beginning my career as a property valuer, I transitioned into real estate sales and quickly realised the market needed a more affordable alternative.

Residential Valuations – Registered, professional valuations starting at R3,500 per home (plus R500 per additional kitchen).
Residential Sales – End-to-end property sales with commission options starting from just 1.5%, or a minimum of R50,000.
Tenant Acquisition – Fixed-fee tenant placement, including full screening, at R5,000 per lease.
